We’ve got a fresh batch of September surveys in, and this one is a feel-good group! All 8 customers rated us a 9 or 10 on how likely they are to recommend Boerman, every single one called our movers “extremely efficient, courteous and cooperative,” and all 8 were extremely satisfied with how their furniture was handled.

👏 Trevor got another mention from Jane Dodd, who said we have “an excellent agent in Trevor Turvey.” She was “extremely pleased with the entire service” and has already recommended us to her daughter. Great work, Nick K, Jorge O and Isaiah K!
👏 Nathan, Abel, Sergio, Jonathan U and Alberto also earned some love: “The whole crew was great. They worked well together and always was there when I needed them. The move went very very well.”

I also love that 5 of these 8 customers came back to us after moving with Boerman before. That kind of loyalty is earned on every job.
Of course, there are a few opportunities, too. One customer couldn’t find the power plug for an adjustable bed in the Assembly Box, and another noted that equipment was left behind, so a quick small-parts check and a final walk-through go a long way. A few customers also felt our pricing was on the high side while still giving us a 10, which is a great reminder to show the value we bring at every step.
