We’ve got another round of survey feedback in!
Across the board, customers are calling out how helpful, professional, and hardworking you all are. That’s showing up in the scores and in what people are actually saying.
A few things that stood out:
- Customers are noticing the effort. Words like friendly, hardworking, and efficient came up again and again.
- We’ve got more 10/10 recommendations rolling in, and people are already referring us to friends and neighbors.
- Crews and sales both got shoutouts this round, which is always great to see.
- One customer said the crew was “fantastic” and already recommending us to others, and another mentioned how professional and efficient everything felt start to finish.
That said, there were a couple of small things we can tighten up:
- Just making sure estimates are as dialed in as possible
- Clear communication all the way through the move
- Double checking items (what’s going, what’s not) and keeping customers in the loop
- Making sure any damage or issues are communicated right away
Nothing huge, just the kind of details that take a good move and make it a great one.
Overall though, this is a strong week. People trust you, they notice the work, and it shows!!
