We just went through the latest round of surveys and I wanted to share a few things before we head into the weekend. Great feedback!
Customers are noticing the little things. Being kind, communicating, working efficiently, going the extra mile. It all came through loud and clear this week.

That’s exactly the experience we want people to have, and it’s happening because of you guys.
Also really great to see both sales and crews being mentioned. When everything flows the way it should, it makes a big difference on the customer side!
