Here at Boerman Moving and Storage, we always want to acknowledge all the hard work that our staff does to keep us growing. With inspiration from the book The Fred Factor: How Passion in Your Work and Life Can Turn the Ordinary Into the Extraordinary, our office chooses a “Fred” of the Month, every month! A “Fred” is someone who makes a difference and is consistently creating value in and out of the office.

With that being said, Boerman’s Fred of the month for August is Antonio Pacione & Melina Foust!  Antonio has been a huge help all summer! Even with a broken foot, he has been able to run 3 trailers since May and is an essential part of the team! Shout out to Antonio! Our wonderful and bright Melinda Foust is also August’s Fred of the month! Having the responsibility of handling all the local moves during our busiest season is not easy, but Melinda manages it like a champ, while still being positive and helpful throughout the office! Congratulations Melinda!
