Here’s another round of September surveys, and it’s another strong one! All 8 customers rated us a 9 or 10 on how likely they are to recommend Boerman (six perfect 10s!), and every customer who answered said our movers were “extremely efficient, courteous and cooperative” and that our prices were “about right.”

Every customer who used our packing crew in this group was extremely satisfied, and 7 of 8 rated their sales rep “extremely helpful.”
Our opportunities here are small but worth noting: one customer was “mostly” (rather than “extremely”) satisfied with how their furniture was handled, and one rated our move coordination “somewhat helpful.” Let’s keep making every touchpoint shine.
