This batch didn’t have a lot of written comments, but one thing was really consistent: customers continue to describe our teams as helpful, efficient, courteous, and professional. That’s becoming the norm, and that’s something to be proud of.
A couple of things that stood out:
- Trevor received great feedback from two different customers.
- Nick also earned high marks for making the moving process easy.
- We also had another repeat customer who came back to Boerman because of a great experience with a previous move. That’s always one of my favorite things to see.
There were a couple of small reminders in the feedback, too. One customer mentioned not having the right materials for a TV, and another wasn’t sure who the crew leader was. Little things like that are easy opportunities for us to keep improving.
Overall though, another solid batch of surveys. Thank you for continuing to show customers why they choose Boerman and why they recommend us to others.
