I spent some time reading through our latest customer surveys this morning, and I wanted to share a few things that stood out.
The biggest takeaway? Customers keep talking about our people.
They described our teams as friendly, professional, hardworking, and efficient. One customer said it was the “easiest move I’ve ever experienced,” while another said our crew was so good they were “blown away” by how kind, professional, and hardworking everyone was. Those are the kinds of comments that make me smile because they reflect the experience we’re trying to create every single day.
Another customer shared how impressed they were with the communication from both the office and the crew, especially on an extremely hot moving day. They said they “couldn’t say enough” about the team and were happy with everyone they worked with.
Thank you for everything you do. I know moving isn’t easy work, especially during the busiest time of year, and it’s awesome to see customers taking the time to recognize your effort.
