I just finished reading through our latest customer surveys, and they were another great reminder of what makes Boerman special.
The words I kept seeing over and over were friendly, efficient, professional, kind, and responsive. That’s not something that happens by accident. It happens because of the effort each of you puts in every single day.
One customer said “Everyone throughout the process was great!” Another described our team as “Fast, efficient & friendly.” Those are the kinds of comments that make me smile because they show customers aren’t just remembering the move, they’re remembering the people.
I also noticed how many customers chose us because of our reputation, past experience, or a recommendation from someone they trust. That’s something all of us have a hand in building, and it’s pretty awesome to see.
Thank you for everything you do. We don’t just move furniture, we earn trust. And that’s something worth celebrating.
