Another week, another round of customer feedback! We’ve got some great comments coming in, and I wanted to share a few highlights before we head into the weekend!
👏 A special shoutout to Ivan Flores and Eli Schwartz! One customer described them as on time, careful, thorough and personable. They moved quickly without making the customer feel rushed. Great work, guys!
👏 Jason and Terell also received a shoutout! Their customer said they were wonderful to work with, on time and efficient, and would definitely work with them again!
One of my favorite comments this week came from a returning customer:
“Your prices may be slightly higher but I know how professional you are and its worth paying a little more for.”
THAT is what we’re working toward! Customers who recognize the value of the service we provide and keep coming back because of it.
Of course, we have a few opportunities to improve, too. Every survey is a chance to learn, make adjustments and continue providing the level of service our customers expect.
Thank you to everyone who continues to put in the work, take care of our customers and represent Boerman so well.
Let’s keep the momentum going! Have a great weekend, everyone!! 🎉
Another week, another round of customer surveys, and there’s a lot to feel good about in this batch! Customers continue to call our crews efficient, courteous, cooperative, organized and hardworking, with lots of 9s and 10s coming in. đź‘ŹÂ
One customer said the entire team went “above and beyond” to remove the stress of moving, and that everyone was considerate and worked hard to get the job done on time. THAT is what we’re going for!Â
And a special shoutout to Ivan and his crew, who were recognized for going above and beyond to keep the customer’s belongings safe AND make sure everything was placed correctly in their new home. 🙌Â
Another customer summed up their crew as “excellent, great attitude and very courteous.” Love it!!Â
Keep it going, everyone! Thanks for taking care of our customers and each other week after week.
Now let’s finish strong!
