Another week, another round of customer surveys, and there’s a lot to feel good about in this batch! Customers continue to call our crews efficient, courteous, cooperative, organized and hardworking, with lots of 9s and 10s coming in. 👏
One customer said the entire team went “above and beyond” to remove the stress of moving, and that everyone was considerate and worked hard to get the job done on time. THAT is what we’re going for!
And a special shoutout to Ivan and his crew, who were recognized for going above and beyond to keep the customer’s belongings safe AND make sure everything was placed correctly in their new home. 🙌
Another customer summed up their crew as “excellent, great attitude and very courteous.” Love it!!
Keep it going, everyone! Thanks for taking care of our customers and each other week after week.
Now let’s finish strong!
