A few more customer surveys came in, so you know I had to share some of the good stuff before we head into the weekend!
We had lots of 10/10s, customers calling our crews extremely efficient, courteous and cooperative, and some really nice shoutouts this week.
One repeat customer gave a shoutout to Trevor, who has now helped them with THREE moves, and Melinda for checking in to make sure everything was going okay. Love seeing the whole team experience recognized!
And Charles & crew got some love too! Their customer called them “professional, friendly, and respectful” and said they were a pleasure to work with. 👏
Another customer simply said “Communications were great from start to finish.” Short, sweet, and exactly what we want to hear!
